Planning Milestones

Based on the initial meeting of the committee here are the milestones we've identified:

• Develop a member survey
• Survey sent & response collection window
• Analyze and publish survey results
  • Result is a ”long list” of potential venues
• Develop criteria for venue & surrounding location
• Evaluate the suggested venues against the criteria
  • Result is a “short list” of venues
• Member voting on short list
• Site visit by venue committee or committee member
• Negotiate reservation with the venue
• Announce the venue and timeframe to the members
• Gather deposits
• Collect final payments
• Reunion weekend
• Post event survey
