Costs
The costs for the event are broken out below. In an effort to make the reunion flow more smoothly, we are accepting deposits through this website. To process the payments we have to use a payment processor. We have chosen to use PayPal as the payment processor because it offers the flexibility of using either credit & debit cards or transferring funds from your bank account. If you don’t currently have a PayPay account, you can set one up at www.paypal.com. It’s free and easy.
Room Reservation
YMCA of the Rockies is now ready to accept the actual room reservations. When you click on the button below, you’ll be redirected to the YMCA website to make the reservation.
Please note that a 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.
If you would like to enjoy the beautiful mountain location of the YMCA before or after the reunion, please follow these steps:
Make your reservation on-line for the dates of the reunion by clicking on the button above.
Call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add the additional nights to your existing reservation. Please have your reservation number handy.
event Fees
During the reunion we are planning several events, such as a Saturday evening activity. As we finalize those plans, we’ll detail the event fees here. As noted above $60 of the initial deposit per room will be applied to the event fees.
airport shuttle
The Estes Park Shuttle provides six shuttles per day between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Estes Park. The cost per person is $85 roundtrip.
Other Potential Fees
Depending on which free-time activities you choose, there may be additional costs. For example, there are entrance fees for Rocky Mountain National Park. As plans for the reunion firm up, we will outline any additional fees here.
