Lunch is available in the in the Aspen Dining Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Unless you have made other arrangements with the YMCA of the Rockies, check out time is 10:00 a.m.

If you will be leaving later, you are welcome to store your belongings in the Dakota Meeting Cabin until noon. We have to have everything out of the the cabin by noon.

Breakfast is available in the Aspen Dining Room from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Following the early evening activities the Dakota Meeting Cabin will be open for gathering and games.

There are several options for Sunday Evening

• Haywagon Ride at Jackson Stables - This will be a 1 1/2 hour ride with a stop along the way to roast marshmallows.

• Other YMCA of Rockies activities

The Aspen Dining Room serves dinner from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

The highlight of the weekend will be our worship service and singing. Our plan, weather permitting, is to hold the service outdoors. We will be using the Kathie Mennel Amphitheater. The amphitheater is located at the northern end of YMCA property. A map is included in your reunion folder.

On Sunday afternoon we’ll have a block of time to enjoy the various on-site and nearby activities.

Rehearsal with Allen Pote. We will take a mid-morning break at some point. We will be meeting in the Dakota Meeting Cabin

After returning from dinner, the Dakota Meeting Cabin will be open and available for conversation.

On Saturday Afternoon we’ll have a block of time to enjoy the various on-site and nearby activities. We’ll have ideas available during the morning rehearsal.
