When a member requests access, an e-mail will be sent to the web@joyfulnoisereunion.org e-mail address and a new record will be inserted in the Access Request Google Sheet. This sheet is in the web@joyfulnoisereunion.org Google Drive.
To process the request the following steps need to be carried out:
Check the Joyful Noise Roster fusion table to make sure the person is a known member of Joyful Noise (or spouse).
Add the member to the Sentry member list
Check the Mailchimp “Original Joyful Noise Members” e-mail list to make sure they are in the mail list.
Send a member a confirmation e-mail with instructions for website access.
